One of the members of the board in Spain presented a sample of Bunura cooking oil produced at the Adelante Africa Oil Press to the Spanish Institute of Food Science Research for testing. Here is what she told us was the result.
“What’s important is that 87% of the sample was healthy unsaturated fats. It also compared favourably with a sample of sunflower oil we use here (from Carrefour) because it is unrefined.”
