In September we put on a post about Tugume and our plans to send him for help to Kyaninga CDC, an NGO that specializes in child development.
Thanks to the donations from Spain, ireland, England, Italy and Uganda itself Tugume went, last week, to Kyaninga. What they discovered is that he has cataracts in both eyes and very little vision.
The cataracts were removed in Ruharo Eye Hospital and he is now at home before visiting Kyaninga again in the coming months.
The specialists in Kyaninga think that he will make great progress. We’ll follow this and let you know!
Meanwhile here is a video of Tugume in Kyaninga CDC.
